BRIEF PROFILE


I have several professional qualifications: Technical education and business studies; More than 20 years of experience in e-commerce (strategic and operative) and IT environment (technical and processual). Initially I was more sales-oriented and active in content (including marketing), later as operations manager, both technical platform (development and optimization) and business development.

Afterwards I dealt with the strategic development of e-business (also online shop (Hybris, Magneto, Spryker, Intershop etc.), portals/marketplaces (Unite, Amazon/AWS, E/E etc.), e-catalogue, EDI etc.) and new business areas in the IoT environment. I have good SAP knowledge (processes), Fiori and CRM project experience. Furthermore I have extensive experience in the international project environment (more than 18 years) in sales as well as in IT.

In addition, I have more than 18 years of experience in leading employees, initially as a team leader, later as a program manager and division/department manager. This includes the management of external employees and service providers. Most recently management and development of more than 16 employees in 2 divisions. In addition, in a matrix organisation I also manage employees from other departments on a project-by-project basis or am responsible for their professional integration and define strategic goals.

This has already enabled me to achieve a number of successes: Development of several international webshop projects, with a sales volume of more than 60M € (technical, content and marketing); development of a digital commerce organization; several IoT concepts, as well as new business area development in system sales and the introduction of 2 CRM projects.

I have over 20 years of e-commerce experience in the following areas: International e-business; development of B2B solutions; design thinking and agile project management; smart innovation management coupled with operational refinement
(solution-oriented); SAP project knowledge (ww introduction of SAP ERP, BI & CRM as well as in the context of IoT Innovations); communication skills, internationally experienced; solution orientation; fluent English; digital transformation process (technical as well as organizational); strategic business development and very good networking in the e-commerce/e-business/analytics and SAP environment.
